Vulture and Basilicata

An enchanted Land

Now dormant for thousands of years, the Vulture volcano stands tall on a territory that is rich in history, tradition, aromas and flavors. The land surrounding this mountain serves as the ideal setting for the production of the nationally treasured Aglianico vines, which produce Aglianico del Vulture DOC. The estate is located in a strategic place, between the towns of Barile and Ginestra, a few kilometers from Ripacandida, where the Sanctuary of San Donato boasts a series of frescoes from the school of Giotto around 1500.
